Unik Bolig is the market leading system for property asset management in Denmark, with 400+ customers varying from market leaders to startups. The core platform manages billions in monthly rent collection from 700K+ tenants.- Product owner for the core property management part of the system.- Key driver for three teams (both distributed and co-located)- Business analysis and product design in collaboration with UX team- Close collaboration with stakeholders and customers on all levels- Spearheading of the modernization of the system, including internationalization and a move to the cloud with a multi-tenancy approach.The modernization of Unik Bolig includes significantly increasing the level of automation within the core business processes and moving the system to a cloud based platform.

Systematic is a large Danish software company that operates in various domains, including defense, healthcare, intelligence & national security, library & learning and renewables and utilities. The company is certified CMMI 5.I worked as a senior project manager on the MoMo Learning Platform and was part of the management team in the Systematic Learning market unit. The work included supporting two development teams (DK and RO) in developing the system. As part of the delivery organization, it was my responsibility to ensure that the solution development followed the roadmap and budget and that delivery happened according to Systematic process and quality norms. The job included people- and resource management as well as stakeholder management.During my time at Systematic I also worked on the Systematic Site product. Systematic Site is a product within the Systematic Renewables and Utilities business unit. The product supports off-shore marine operations and was developed for use at wind farms to support planning and provide a near real-time overview of people, vessels and helicopters on site.

nSure was a small Danish startup focused on building solutions within the Insurance FinTech space. This included a new generation core insurance management solution which included stakeholder-, policy- and claims management, as well as a financial core.My responsibility included leading a 30+ man team in designing and building the platform. Work involved close customer collaboration on a all levels and working with development teams in Denmark and Ukraine.- Managing the team and process (governance and traditional project management)- Stakeholder management in relation to senior customer managers (C-level)- Identifying and describing core business needs - Functional design from business perspective (describing the solution)- Advisor and consultant to customers on all levels on the organizationThe final product represents a 200+ man-year effort and annually manages approx. 1+ billion DKK in turnover. The primary asset of the company was ultimately acquired by a group of customers due to new compliance regulations within the sector, following the financial crisis.

I was recruited back to MB Solutions in a new capacity as manager of the development team. At this time, the team consisted of five developers. My tasks included daily management, project management and a key account role in relation to customers and partners, etc.

As a software developer / consultant, my primary tasks included:- Development of a tool to do customer satisfaction surveys for the HOME- Analysis of application to online surveys of high school “bullying” for DCUM

I worked as a software developer / project manager for teams of up to 5 employees. Projects included:- Product for knowledge sharing based on MS Outlook / Exchange platform- Internal system for managing time, contract, etc.- Web based system for administration of home inspection reports- HR system for a large Danish production company.Aside from development- and project management responsibilities, I also worked on developing new product concepts as well as presales work.

For more than a decade, starting in my mid-teens, I worked as a freelance writer, producing hundreds of articles; primarily for the publishing houses Audio Media, Børsens Nyhedsmagasiner and Bonnier Publications. My domain of expertise was popular IT.

Following years of working freelance and just out of school, I was hired as the editor-in-chief for the IT magazine “Privat Computer”. Duties included following IT trends, setting the editorial line, representation at home and abroad, management and coordination of freelance journalists (10-15 persons), layouters, photographers, etc. The magazine became the no. 1 selling IT magazine in Denmark during my tenure as editor-in-chief.
