I currently serve as the technical project manager for an international project, coordinating with developers across three countries and a client based in Great Britain. In this role, effective communication and clear structure are crucial, both to ensure project success and to support the team’s cohesion and efficiency

Instead of being team manager I was now able to focus on software architecture inside the company and both planning and implementing automatic workflows to facilitate many of the time consuming tasks.Weland HUB could now implement more integrations towards the internal business systems to connect the data throughout the company. I was also responsible for the implementation of a new CRM system that made it possible to configure the data structure in a more efficient way considering the integration plan that I made for all the internal systems.Both the integration plan and development of the Weland HUB is still an ongoing project.

In this position I was both responsible for Weland HUB, that is Weland Solutions online portal for sharing information to resellers and end customers and to automate internal work processes and at the same time I was team leader for all IT related employees at Weland Solutions. The employees I was responsible for were a mix of developers and support technicians.

TheCar is a private chauffeur service on subscription. The company first asked for an app that their customers could use to book a car.But during the first meeting we concluded that they needed a complete booking system with an app for their customers but an complete system to handle the customer data, bookings and planning of the trips.I was responsible for taking out the first basic idea for the project, designing the system architecture, estimated the time frame and drove the project to a first release to the customer.Thereafter I was responsible for the future development plan and management of the project and team.

As a Team Manager I was responsible for Sigma Technology's office in Kristianstad and my coworkers well being.

Region Skåne's new Intranet was built to handle at least 25,000 unique logins per day and to be used by all Region Skåne's employees.I started as a web developer and within a year (June 2018) I had the opportunity to take over the role of solution architect for the project.The project was very complex and consisted of several different areas of responsibility spread between different companies. My assignment was to, in addition to realizing Region Skåne's wishes, run the project and the development team, it was also my responsibility to coordinate the work between the different areas of responsibility to solve problems and secure operations.

PUT (Patient Data Service) was primarily an application for managing patient data and e.g. free pass. My task was to implement new functionality to give private dentists the opportunity to register their Activity Report for the past year.I built the architecture for a dynamic form stored in Microsoft SQL were the administrator could create new versions of the form. This is to prevent registered data from being affected by changes in the forms. Recorded data was stored and was available both to administrators and those who entered the data.Me and a colleague developed the new functionality in .Net MVC and Vue.js. Authentication took place both via Region Skåne's RSID and via BankId, the users rights determined which functionality the user had access to.

Skadeläge is an application that all emergency departments use to report accidents received.I designed the architecture and developed the system by my self and used the same authentication method as the rest of Region Skåne, RSID.To enable the information to Region Skånes homepage an SOAP-API were developed and implemented in the homepage that were developed in Epi-Server. Since I was involved in this project as well I implemented the use of the new API myself.

Tandvårdsfönstret is an application for dentist working within Region Skåne.In dentistry, there are many rules that must be met and patient information to handle so quality was of great importance. As a developer in this project you were responsible for all parts of the project for new functionalities, from the databas structure to the user interface. My role partly developed to be responsible to implement new functionality to .Net MVC since large parts were based on ASP.Net.

At Visma I was mainly (3 years) working with a advanced web application for accounting offices. The application, based on MVC.Net, jQuery, Entity Framework and Microsoft SQL is hosted in Microsoft Azure. I've also been responsible for the application’s API towards external clients, both other accounting systems and smaller clients that I’ve created my self to be a middle hand between our web application and on prem applications.For a period I was system architect for another project with interactions between a desktop and web application and apps on IOS and Android.After my employment at AdHoc Systems ended my former project leader at Visma Spcs contacted Pdata and suggested me as an employee. In may 2013 Pdata became a part of Visma.

Started to work as a consultant for Visma Spcs as employee at Adhoc 2008. Thereafter i continued as a consultant for Visma as employee at Pdata.In may 2013 Pdata became a part of Visma.

At Pdata I work with several different web projects towards Visma Spcs as a consultant.First I worked with a couple of projects with C# ASP.Net and Microsoft SQL. But the last 3 years I worked with a advanced web application (MVC.Net, jQuery, Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL) that is hosted in Microsoft Azure.

At Adhoc I worked in different web projects. First with VB.Net and later with Silverlight as a consultant for Visma Spcs.

From the summer of 2005 to February 2008 I’ve worked as a nursing auxiliary at a service home for the elderly. Except working during the summers I even worked as a substitute both day and night time.I was responsible for the patients’ health, hygiene and medication.

Olje- & Pannservice is a Company that build and maintain heating systems. After comprehensive school I started to work there and became fulltime employed after six months. My duties were welding, cutting, bending and shaping of sheet metal.
