At the NGO, FANT, my main responsibilities have been to do fundraising, creation of social media posts, update of website and to provide ideas for new marketing events in order to spread awareness about the organisation and its goals. Furthermore, in my time at FANT I have been in charge of making sports clothes collections by contacting various sports associations and organizations in order to collect and ship the spare clothes to the many sports-interested citizens of Sierra Leone, Ghana and Gambia.

As Head of Scouting U13 + U14 at HIK, I attend matches every weekend to scout for talented players, with the overall goal of recruiting them to play for the youth teams of HIK ultimately. Besides attending matches, I am also part of the recruitment process including conversations with the players and their parents, as well as building recruitment strategies together with the Scout Leadership Group.

As a Scout Trainee at FC Copenhagen I have gained theoretical and practical experience with scouting as a discipline. Here I received bi-weekly lectures as well as attending matches every weekend in the age group U10-U12 to scout for talented players. Having been a part of the fastest-ever "Unicorn" in Europe, Gorillas, I have gained valuable experience within a fast-paced environment. Gorillas is an on-demand grocery delivery company with the promise of delivering orders inside 15 minutes. In the role as "Rider Growth Specialist" I was a part of launching Gorillas Denmark in August, 2021.
