Strategic Key Account Director
CurrentI work as an International Strategic Account Director at Alcon, selling contact lenses and eye drops to leading optical chains and pharmacies worldwide. I lead a team of Key Account Managers and oversee a business worth over 200 million USD. I report directly to the headquarters management in Switzerland. My sales responsibilities span across many countries internationally, with a dominance in Europe, as well as in LATAM and Australia.๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐โข Guiding, supporting, building sales and reporting to HQ for Europe, to continually improve relationship with key accounts, win shares and shape Alcon strategy into customer strategy. โข Responsible for Alcons biggest international account also the biggest in Eyecare. โข Owning P&L on +30 European strategic accounts โข Multiple project owner, on contracts, sales and marketing initiatives, with a mindset of fair competition and beating competition. โข Partnering with management to analyze, advice and build customer strategy in Europe. ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฌโข Closing contract with biggest International account.
