Strategic leadership and operational responsibility and management of FCG SIPU International, a Swedish private consultancy and training company with 80 employees in more than 10 countries and with a 15 mEuro turnover (2013). SIPU provides expertise and support for capacity development in Public administration. Clients include Swedish state agencies and local administrations, internationally Sida, WB, EU, DANIDA, GIZ, and DfID.Accomplishments - Turnover of SIPU International increased from EUR 10 million in 2008 to EUR 16 million in 2013;- Acquired a training company and merged it successfully with FCG SIPU International. EBIT of training business increased from 30 000 Euro to 200 000 Euro since 2011;- Steered the company towards a diversified client base.- Improved external communication and marketing through a number of concrete measures including publishing of annual report brochure, upgraded website, newsletters, editorials, events and seminars. - Established systematic capacity development of project managers with a manual, training programme and Introduced a comprehensive staff performance review policy and framework; - Introduced of a ISO management system for quality and environment in 2012.

- Established and managed the field office in Tuzla, which provided: - Advisory and monitoring functions for EC micro-funding for Bosnian NGOs; - Training and capacity building for Bosnian NGOs; - NGOs with forums for co-operation and co-ordination; - Information services to the NGO community: newsletters, e-mail service, presentations, etc.
