I integrated the Technology Committee Directorate of SBT Northeast, aiming to represent and solidify the interests of all SBT affiliates across the Northeastern states regarding Television Engineering matters.SBT Northeast is the result of collaboration among SBT affiliates in the Northeast Region. It operates with a non-immediate profit motive and seeks to share experiences for optimizing project outcomes.

I oversaw the distribution of audiovisual content to all 417 municipalities in Bahia. Resources such as Digital TV, Satellite Transmission, Analog TV, Regulatory Processes with Anatel/MiniCom, Data Links, Microwave Links, among others, were employed to fulfill this endeavor.I managed the project and installation of the following solutions: (1) Transmission of the first Digital TV in the Northeast, (2) Upgrading of Interior Broadcasting Stations, aiming for strategic solutions to avoid infrastructure sharing with external partners (Municipalities, Associations, or Private Companies), and (3) Achieving 100% coverage of all cities in Bahia.I led the project and coordinated the procurement of the Integrated Digital Network that links the 05 interior affiliates with the capital affiliate, using MPLS data links to carry video over IP. The satellite distribution covers the broadcast of 06 TV programs and up to 02 FM radio programs.
