As Senior Graphic Designer at LeapFrog, Sten Anderson collaborated creatively with editorial, marketing, engineering and executive departments, designed and art directed a wide variety of products including product branding, packaging, advertising, POP displays, exhibit displays and corporate materials. • Designed over 40 different software package key art, including the best selling title "Get Ready for Kindergarten". This key art was revised to create additional digital assets such banners, app icons and other web graphics.• Sten was the primary designer for the reboot of the LeapFrog Learning Library software line. This demonstrated skill at redefining and re-launching existing product lines, sensitive to brand equity and marketing requirements.• He designed the first 15 titles of LeapTV software. This included original concept key art for all game titles. • Lead designer of the template for the product, the parent instructional guide and all printed materials related to the line. He created concept sketches, presented the designs to executives and marketing partners. • A key member in the development of LeapPad hardware packaging, including over ten separate and district versions of the brand, an educational children’s electronic tablet.• Created branding designs of games, toys and a variety of children’s entertainment electronic devices. • He contributes original concept designs as well as creating the final mechanical files. By collaborating with art directors, other designers, packaging engineers, photographers, photo retouchers, copy writers, prototype makers and others he produces all the various elements that make up the LeapPad hardware package. Sten also acts as a lead, giving presentations of original designs to business partners. • Excellent presentation skills, effective in engaging business partners in the design process and coordinating feedback throughout the development process.
