I manage the development of all the applications used in the recruitment process within the Group and by our clients. Having a good experience in marketing, business analysis and application design, and a great passion for my work, I understand the clients' needs regarding the application functions, and translate these needs into tasks for the development team. I take care of the whole workflow of the projects, starting with the product design, roadmap and release management, planning, communication with the developers and stakeholders, validation and delivery of the features, budgets, reporting, analysis on user / buyer journeys, client presentations, ending with a continuous follow-up of each product, for a clean maintenance and evolution.Together with a great team of talented people we built a series of web tools meant to facilitate the recruitment processes: - online testing tools for both candidates (self-assessment) and recruiters (candidate assessment during recruitment, recurrent evaluation of employees, etc). The system contains both Quiz tests (multiple choice questions) and Algorithm games - a Freelance platform that allows a quick profile creation and offers smart search / automatic suggestions capabilities, manages the interview process, generates and sends automatically all the legal documents needed to be signed in the process - APIs allowing the implementation of a full range of custom scenarios starting from our products - a system for managing candidates, clients, jobs, and the relationship between these 3, with separated accesses for recruiters and clients. The system also includes modules for document (attachments) management, CV import and automatic parsing

In charge of the company's marketing activities, in the era where this was done at a very low-complexity scale. - Designed and composed newsletters and all sort of communication that were sent to our prospects and candidates, presenting new commercial offers, jobs or CVs. - Took care of the mailing operations' tracking and reports. - Processed the feedback and reply the messages we receive. - Carried out podcasts and video presentations that we used for our websites. - Ensured the websites' management and traffic supervision - Wrote articles for our blogs and brochures - Carried our client demos and trainings for our platform

I began my activity by managing the company's databases (clients, partners, candidates, employees' CVs, etc). This involved updating the information, permanently adding new contacts and creating queries upon precise criteria. Soon after, I started conceiving Pentalog's internal newsletter and ensured the management and maintenance of the company's websites. In 2005 I took over the marketing operations for Romania, Moldova, France, Germany and international destinations. I designed and created HTML newsletters that were sent to Pentalog's partners, prospects and candidates. After sending these newsletters I carried out the tracking of the operations, e-mailing reports and feedback processing. I also made podcasts and video presentations that we used on our websites and in the mailing campaigns.In 2007 I went to France in order to take over a BPO project that we afterwards implemented in Pentalog's office in Moldova. The entire customer help-line of an e-commerce company was to be outsourced in Moldova. After one month training in France I went to Chisinau to recruit call center agents, train them and supervise a good start of this project. Four months later I returned to Pentalog Brasov and continued my activity within the marketing department. Considering Pentalog's booming, besides the commercial operations that I was in charge of, I also took part in the recruitment process for Eastern Europe, creating & sending recruitment newsletters and permanently monitoring the HR market. Recruiting more than 100 IT profiles / year just for it's own use, Pentalog decided to externalize it's recruitment process by creating People Centric - a web IT recruitment agency.
