Boosting, coordinating and monitoring of all R&D and innovation activities of the three pillars of MOME (Academia, Innovation Centre and TechPark), including:- Planning, managing and monitoring of the Design Competence Centre initiative (responsible for >8.5m EUR funding) - Technology transfer- Incubation and talent scouting (strategic lead of proof of concept programme, supervision of other incubation programmes, innovative student competitions, hackathons)- Business mentoring of students- Innovation management- IP management- Business development: Hungarian and international networking

- Strategic planning and streamlining of MOME strategies, development plans, KPIs, QA and operations. - Member of the strategic think tank "Future University" (elaboration of future-oriented education and RDI structures and themes)

Building international and regional creative innovation ecosystems around MOME - including management of key international innovation programmes, projects and partnerships (e.g. EIT KICs), funds for fostering R&D and innovation activities, etc.

Supporting the onboarding of the Director of MOME IC by introducing the innovation systems and stakeholders within and around MOME. Working as innovation advisor in the Innovation Centre in the following areas:- Strategic planning for the restructuring and operating model of the IC- Strategic planning for the development of MOME's research and innovation activities- Business development: management of Hungarian and international R&D and innovation leads (e.g. EIT, large companies, etc.)
