I've been helping to build brands for over 25 years. My career is a mix of roles, companies and different segments. All of them are intertwined in some way and have helped to shape me into the professional I am today.I started my career at Brahma/Skol, I was a trade marketing manager, sales manager, product manager, Brahma brand manager. I saw the merger happen when we became AmBev. I worked with international brands. This experience at AmBev, made me the results oriented leader I am today. Later, I joined Kaiser as an Executive Marketing Manager. It was quite a challenge: working with a brand that was struggling to establish itself as an important option to consumers. We repositioned the brand, a 180º turnaround, taking us to the top in important markets such as São Paulo, Curitiba and Porto Alegre. Then I decided to challenge myself, changing sides of the counter. I joined Y&R (Ad agency) as a Client Services Director. After that, I worked at Grey, MullenLowe, until I became the CEO of MullenLowe, one of the most important agencies in Brazil. I led the agency for six years before accepting the challenge to become a Business Vice President at BETC Havas, responsible for most of the agency clients and for new business and helping it to become one of the three largest in the country. The mix of all these experiences has forged a restless professional, obsessed with results, but at the same time careful and attentive to people.
