When I joined Sabienzia Technologies, I played a key role in the development of state-of-the-art telecommunication solutions. Through my expertise and innovative thinking, I optimised the system performance, eliminating software failures. I led the work of integrating WebRTC, designing a GDPR-compliant recording system and implementated AI-driven call analytics. In doing so, I utilised an extensive technology stack, including Go, SQL and a range of DevOps tools, in a dynamic, agile and PCI compliant framework.Responsible for the telephony area, processing over 300 parallel calls with 60.000 callsdaily, agile and PCI compliant development• reduced software crashes from an average of 3 times per week to only 3 times peryear for the telephony system• collaborated with the infrastructure team to add redundancy and controlling thedistribution of calls to maintain and update all telephony systems during ongoingoperations to reach high availability• integrated WebRTC, enabling calls to the browser and video telephony, loweringmaintenance costs of our clients and enhance reliability of call delivery• developed a feature allowing call-backs based on estimated waiting time, handlinghundreds of callbacks per day• developed a GDPR compliant recording system, enhancing privacy and dataprotection; caller was only asked if necessary, reducing call handling time• integrated AI-driven Call Analysis, Whisper for transcriptions and local LLMs for callcategorisation, analysing customer satisfaction and agent compliance, extendinginsights for our clients

My career started at Conti Temic where I developed embedded software for automotive systems: Automotive SPICE compliant C programming for real-time operating systems and CAN communication optimisation. My main projects were the development of control units for world-renowned automotive brands and the operating system development for a new microcontroller.• programmed Double Clutch Transmissions Control Units; developed sensor & actordrivers and integrated them into real time OS for Smart, Renault and VW projects,used e.g. in Audi E-Tron• adapted CAN communication and collaborated with Continental Toulouse for anIran Khodro project; finished in half a year and went into production.• developed an OS for a new microcontroller in pre-development as a single softwaredeveloper
