o Coordinating and short-listing venues, negotiate with suppliers on most cost-effective options that add value to the overall outcome after agreeing with best venue.o Worked with event agencies for a suitable team building activity, organize teams and work on logistics.o Deal with crowd control during the event, have a checklist for everyone’s necessary documents for travel, transport coordination to and from Dubai, team building exercises, gala dinner and partyArrange conferencing facilities with hotels including a party venue every 2 months on a smaller budget of USD 5000Organize the end of year party with the partner group and corporate services team, the end of year party budget being USD 100,000o Source sponsors for CSR activities from Emirates Airline, Swiss Air, The Ritz, Armani Hotel, Etihad Airways, The Rosewood group o Managing about 500 travel arrangements for 120 people with a travel budget of 2 million Dirham a month and directly report to the CFO and CEOo Bridge between travel agencies and travellers while constantly communicating with VIPs by Managing the in-house travel provider, tracking company travel trends and providing recommendations o Actively seek travel providers with value added services to the company o Contract negotiations for preferential rates all over the world (Chain Hotels and airlines)o Monitor expenditure, ensure cost optimization of all travel by maintaining, reviewing and negotiating corporate agreements with preferred hotels and airlineso Report on Budget per person, project and region and report to CFO o Ensure provision of additional travel services e.g., transportation, hotel bookings and web bookings o Ownership of the end-to-end invoicing process, review and reconciling invoices with LPOs
