CurrentIn this capacity,coordinated numerous training interventions for clients in the public sector and spearheaded consultancy assignments Consulting Assignments Snapshot Completed a strategy for intensification of goat racing towards becoming a vehicle for sustainable livelihoods (2013)•Completed a comprehensive bid proposal for Tobago to woo Miss World Organisation to consider the staging of Miss World in the Caribbean for the first time(2011).•Researched and prepared the destination capability study that placed Tobago as the frontrunner ahead of Singapore and Phillipines to stage Miss World Pageant( 2011). •Drafted proposals for the intensification of micro and small enterprise development in north east Tobago which was renamed the Tobago Growth Pole(2010)•Completed and investment promotion study for the Tobago House of Assembly with its emphasis on tourism and hospitality (2007).•Created an invaluable partnership with the UWI Institute of Business, the most reputable provider of management and professional development in Trinidad and Tobago to execute managerial training to divisional heads in the government agencies in Tobago 2002-05;•Completed the analysis of foreign investment transactions and related economic data to shape the Cabinet note for reinstatement of licence requirements for acquisition of lands in Tobago which Cabinet approved in December 2006;•Served as lead consultant for Community Development Fund of the Ministry of Community Development and Culture in drafting a Sustainable Development Plan for L’anse Fourmi which has the country’s best attributes for medical and nature- based tourism. (2004)•Operationalised the Multi-Sector Skills Training program in Tobago in 2004/5 which addressed work-based training in construction and hospitality. Through this program young people were able to overcome the stigma that hotel work is servitude .
