CurrentActive DoS Secret ClearanceKnowledge of basic principles of administration program support and management of organizations or related fieldsServes as primary travel arranger for office personnel, to include preparation of Clearance requests for travelersActively uses E2 system and ensures compliance with DOS travel regulationsPrepares documents to request passports and visas for travelersProvides administrative support and guidance to staff and visitors, both virtually and in-person, to include check in/out and procedural guidance to all new employeesArranges meetings and manages calendars for the Director and Deputy Director to include preparation of background materialsUses the Visitor Control Access System and works with Diplomatic Security to pre-clear and escort visitors to the officeScheduled international and national travel for Director, Deputy Director, and team membersOrders office supplies for approval by the authorizing official and organize office supply roomPrepares and submits office staff T&A in TATEL and explains timesheet coding as requested and when special circumstances occur and serves as the office expert on WebTATEL time and attendance softwareAbility to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gathers pertinent data and recognize solutionsAbility to plan and organize work, and consult effectively with co-workers Utilize GEMs to support in annual Employee Evaluation reviews for proper routing and approvalAbility to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gathers pertinent data and recognize solutionsAudit and organize electronic ShareDrive documentsAbility to plan and organize work, and consult effectively with co-workersPrimary POC for troubleshooting office equipment issue and routing to the proper source
