Day to Day WCM Cost Deployment corporate pillar leader, responsible to build a strong cost deployment in all plants (BR, MX, SK, IT and CN) through methodology training, sharing best practices, standardization of matrices, losses and kinds of savings.WCM Cost Deployment - Support on the development of racional to establish cost reduction target linked with losses, WCM pillars, cost base and Capex. Follow the initiatives and event, developed globally, to transform Operations in term of cost competitiveness.Support the generation of new initiatives and follow the cost reduction plan vs. target performing gap analysis and weekly project status with the support of Ops PMOWeekly Meeting to present global results and actions of cost reduction to the VP and Directors of operations-Provide information to WCM central team in order to integrate the WCM system in the transformation movement.
