As a Membership Service Clerk, I manage to have a seamless process of member sign-ups, renewals, and card additions. My responsibilities also include educating both existing and potential members on our membership options, warehouse, and credit programs, making sure they make informed decisions tailored to their needs.I am skilled in efficiently processing membership and merchandise returns, documenting transactions, and executing necessary price adjustments. I am proficient with the systems in place by Costco Wholesale to navigate the membership and returns side of this position.

Efficiently communicated with co-chair to organize, plan, book, and put on 2 events during WSU's family weekend (1 event per semester). We worked together to get student volunteers to help our itinerary and event run smoothly. We communicated with each other to solve problems we faced during the planning process and agreed on the location, food, activities, and itinerary for the event. Advertised our event, and need for student volunteers, on all platforms with the help of our PR chair
