They call me the "yes" girl, because I will always say yes. To me, this is a complement. I believe it shows that I am accountable, dependable, capable and eager. In my 5 years of experience working as a Patient Access Representative and Administrative Assistant I have had to adapt to a multitude of different roles. Working in 13+ departments as a float in the hospital and the clinic has given me a wide range of knowledge. From how to schedule surgeries, to working the ER and everywhere in between. My experience ranges from hotel front desks, Realty office front desk, and hospital and clinic settings. These positions have been person centered, and always making the client or patient feel comfortable and cared for is a top priority. I am proficient in professionally and effectively answering and transferring phone calls, working with online operations and web programs, how to troubleshoot, knowledge of Microsoft office, data entry and all other clerical work. I am also familiar with and practice patient and client confidentiality on a daily basis. I am great with taking direction, communications, and creating and changing appointments. I continuously get recognition from coworkers, managers, and other staff for my positive attitude, a job well done, and my ability to jump in to a new area of work and learn it quickly. With time, my hopes would be to continue my education within a company and to work hard to find a job I could turn into a career. I am always looking to advance, and to do better.
