Andrea rapidly became the subject matter expert for meaningful use compliance, and that meant she ended up involved in the vast majority of our engagements. I was always particularly impressed with how quickly Andrea would learn the nuanced changes with policy updates to meaningful use from ONC. At the same time, Andrea demonstrated a strong capability to learn the technology components that enabled eligible providers to demonstrate that they were meaningfully using the certified EHR technology. She did all this under very intense schedule and budget pressures with nothing but the utmost professionalism. Andrea has an unrivaled depth of knowledge in the GE Centricity platforms (CPS and CEMR). I believe her experience working with FQHCs helped her pivot her revenue cycle expertise to the population health and value-based care market spaces. But I think perhaps her greatest strengths are her ability to listen long enough to truly understand a business problem and then translate that into a plan or ultimately requirements for solutions. Those solutions could take many forms including workflow, staffing, budget, or technology. Andrea has always been a pleasure to work with and would be a great asset to any team.
