Lead the full talent recruitment cycle for (9) K-12 Schools which will recruit, select, and hire 200+ educators for the 25-26 school year. Create and implement a strategic plan for my team to reach all KPIs and yearly priorities.

Managed two recruiters and co led a team of 4 recruiters to staff (8) K-12 schools with staff that were: 90% Top Quality, 70% BIPOC, 25% Male. Partnered with the Director of Talent Recruitment to devise a strategic plan to achieve yearly goals and priorities. Onboarded and led performance management for 2 new recruiters. Managed the talent recruitment process for leaders in my region and specifically revamped the Principal in Residence Selection Process. Partnered with the Director of Leadership and Development to recruit and hire 8 top quality PIRs. 85% of the hired PIRs reflected the demographics of our student population and we increased internal recruitment by 23%.

I managed the full talent recruitment life cycle for 3 elementary schools and recruited over 100 top quality educators year over year. Within that talent recruitment cycle, I created interview guides, revised selection materials, and cultivated a lucrative network of candidates, so that my hiring managers had a large talent pipeline. Week over week, I analyzed selection data to ensure that I had a diverse pipeline that represented the demographics of our students and met all my KPIs. I established both university and community partnerships to find local talent and build an external pipeline. I also created a robust referral program in which staff referred well over a 200 people and saw conversion rates of 45%. The hiring managers I worked with saw a 80-100% offer acceptance rate.

*3rd grade Level 5 teacher for 5 years. During my time at MNPS, I established long lasting relationships with many students and families. I served as grade level chair and worked with my administrators to create school improvement plans which included addressing (budget, attendance, behavior support initiatives, and instructional content). I led Girls on the Run and was the Talent Show Chair. In addition to the clubs that I ran, I was voted Teacher of the Year by my colleagues. My proudest moment was being awarded TVAAS Level 5 school. In addition to teaching, I was the Hume Fogg High School Track and field coach. During my time as a coach, we were 3 time subsection and section winners, and placed 2nd at the state championship.
