I have gained broad experience in the liquidation of companies and groups of companies, with or without provisional management. I also have experience with settlements and arrangements between partners in companies, and the composition of compromises for opposing interests in general. I help design and structure national and international companies and advise on matters of company law and practices. I provide consulting on economic and financial questions for penal judges by taking an active role as president and member of audit committees.
