Additionally, I manage adoption, infertility, and family-building support services. I guided hundreds of families through adoption and became the lead agency consultant. I created and oversaw agency-wide intake systems, parent education curricula, and policy implementation. Developed and delivered parent education programs focused on child development, attachment, and postadoption challenges. I provided coaching to prospective and adoptive parents using a trauma-informed approach and facilitated support groups for individuals at different stages of family-building and post-adoption.
