As IT Applications Manager, my team and I bring value to HRSflow by offering reliable IT tools supporting business processes. We build, support and improve a portfolio of applications, such as ERP, CRM, CPQ, MES and APS.ERP is the core of processes, where most of the information reside, so all abovementioned software interact with it. It becomes crucial to build and maintain communications between software as well.In fact, current challenge for me is finding a clever way to re-engineer interaction between systems. With a growing landscape of application offered as SasS (Software as a Service), alongside with hybrid cloud, and legacy applications on prem, it is strategic to properly sustain company growth, to respond to everyday changing business, the focus should not be on software itself, but on reimagining all of them as a unified software ecosystem. This involves ensuring data consistency, reducing system interdependencies (cohesion and coupling), and securing information across environments.The secret ingredient that makes me comfortable accepting this challenge? A wonderful team and tons of passion.
