Proficient in grant coordination, I led a comprehensive community schools initiative in three Buffalo Public Schools, driving its successful implementation. In my role, I oversaw the activities of the initiative, mobilizing and aligning partners with the mission and goals of the school. This included: strategic planning, program and team management, service coordination and integration, community engagement, staff development, volunteer management, data analysis and change management.I played a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of essential programs, as evidenced by the securing of a second round of $2.5 million in grant funding.

Led an inventive pilot program as an alternative to suspensions in the Rochester City School District, collaborating with school leadership and faculty, students and parents to develop an initiative that aligned with district objectives, mission, and values. Leveraged evidence-based research to deliver interventions that effectively addressed behavioral challenges and fostered student growth.
