I maintain quote logs, orders, and customer databases. I oversee our online presence as it pertains to optimizing our company website and maintaining any print or online listings and directories. I also create, update, and modify company literature and documentation to ensure it is accurate and up to date. I help coordinate trade shows, perform quote & lead follow up, do direct mailings, log inventory, schedule shipments, perform and document job costing, submit purchase orders, and provide executive assistance where needed.Puritan Magnetics, Inc. manufactures a complete line of magnet equipment to solve most application requirements.
