I have 33 years professional experience in telecom (3GPP, EPC, OSS, Network Management, Mediation, Billing), Software Development cycle, IT consulting, technical support and troubleshooting. Starting as a researcher on Network Architecture I registered two patents (bandwidth reservation protocol for accessing optical LAN). I then moved to System Design where I acquired excellent experience in Unix Programming, OOA/OOD, C++, shell scripting. I worked as Test Engineer and Configuration Manager, managing and maintaining the development environment, then as Technical and Test Coordinator, managing a group of about 30 system designers.In 1994 I moved to Canada working in the Technical Assistance Centre: during this period I acquired experience on installations, platform migrations, troubleshooting and customer handling. In 1995 I moved to Sweden as Product Manager for the TDMA OSS product: I acquired experience on Technical Sales Support, customer presentations, Bid Management. I was responsible for many technical proposals and Statement of Compliance.In 1997 I moved to Argentina on a long term expatriate contract as Senior Network Specialist. My assignment consisted both in building up the competence of our Buenos Aires staff and be the Senior Technical Sales Support specialist in our Cellular Network Management system. In 2001 I moved back to Sweden to stay. After two years working as an IT consultant, I spent five years working in the Airline Industry, as Service Account Manager, helping major airlines in the area of Resource Optimization for the operation of their business.
