By partnering with more than sixty other human service agencies, Community Clothes Closet aids over 9,000 individuals annually.As Operations Director, my responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Program development including long-term planning and operational excellence-Maintaining and improving operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization-Supervision of staff including the Shopping Floor Supervisor, Clothing Donation Sorters, Cleaning Coordinator and Warehouse Coordinator-Coordination of volunteer onboarding, training and supervision of 130+ volunteers-Providing aid in promotional campaigns, special projects and fundraising events-Website maintenance-Social media content creation and management-Preparation of financial records using QuickBooks software including deposits and invoices-Updating and maintaining donor and client records in SalesForce database-KPI reporting-Organization of annual audit and inventory reporting-Administrative tasks as needed Show less
