- Responsible for leading the IECMH Policy Workgroup (a cross-agency/ cross-secretariat taskforce) in a strategic planning process, as well as coordinating efforts and investments in IECMH workforce development, policies and services;- Co-facilitate workgroups around IECMH Integration in Primary Care, DC: 0-5 and Safe Babies;- Build strong relationships and partnerships with IECMH stakeholders across the Commonwealth, by breaking down silos and focusing on common goals that will promote well-being for children under 6 and their families;- Promote awareness on IECMH across sectors, both public, private and community, including co-authoring an IECMH Newsletter bi-monthly;- Represent DMH at Inter-agency and Cross Secretariat meetings to support communication, resource sharing and collaborations among educators, clinicians, coaches and other stakeholders, while always keeping the infants, toddlers and families at the center stage;- Develop and manage contracts for IECMH trainings, as part of the strategic investment in IECMH workforce development efforts, including Reflective Supervision to non-clinical professionals and enhancing early relational health competencies to a diverse group of professionals;- Co-led the statewide efforts of expanding training and utilization of the DC:0-5, by leading taskforces to develop a state specific crosswalk, as well as coordinating training efforts;- Seek opportunities to sustain the IECMH cross-systems work and inform policy and practice.

The ZERO TO THREE Fellowship program is an intensive professional development program that brings together early childhood professionals from around the globe.
