Current• Conceptualize synchronous and asynchronous learning, including assessing learning needs, defining project scope and learning objectives, identifying staffing resources and workflow, project implementation and evaluation• Manage development timelines and milestones, prioritize activities, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes• Develop a cohort of external instructors and internal subject specialists providing both short and long-term learning solutions• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external project partners and stakeholders• Implement grant-funded budgets, including end-of-year reporting• Onboard new project staff, defining team roles• Evaluate program effectiveness, including ongoing quality control and outcomes-based assessment• Multitask by staffing an information help desk while coordinating multiple projects• Manage a public-facing blog, including coordinating and editing content from staff contributors• Analyze all projects with a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion lens• Represent the organization at professional conferences and via media appearances
