Experienced and accomplished executive search consultant and advisor serving clients in the consumer and retail sectors, and one of the only few that work on non-retainer/success only. I work with transformative and innovative companies and brands that are disruptive in their own regard, along with talent driving change across the total customer experience, from creative and communications to digital, marketing and e-commerce.I typically advise private equity firms, boards and CEOs on recruiting and candidate attraction strategy centered around CMO, CDO, CIO, CTO roles within retail/consumer, e-commerce and DTC. In addition, I source and place candidates, managing the process end to end. Prior to starting my own practice, I held a number of senior level consulting roles interfacing with both companies and senior talent that have shaped modern retail and consumer industries to present day. I'm passionate about developing data-driven high trajectory professionals that come from unique backgrounds and experiences with a deep understanding of the millennial mindset. Recently married, hence the name change, with 2 Shiba Inu puppies in Edison, NJ and Westport, CT.
