In addition, I source and place candidates, managing the process end to end. Prior to starting my own practice, I held a number of senior level consulting roles interfacing with both companies and senior talent that have shaped modern retail and consumer industries to present day. I'm passionate about developing data-driven high trajectory professionals that come from unique backgrounds and experiences with a deep understanding of the millennial mindset.
