-Managing the transformation of the company from a family-owned entity to partof a multinational group.-Oversaw organizational changes, including the definition of new organizationalstructures and the outsourcing of some functions.-Developing and optimizing warehouse processes to support the parentcompany’s public listing process in Beijing.-Modernizing the supply chain, managed relationships with historical suppliers,and sourced new suppliers.-Responsible for the integrated management system QHSE: quality (MDD/MDR),environment, safety (ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, ISO45001).-Collaborating with a team of managers in purchasing, logistics, warehouse,quality, and the technical office.-Implementing Make or Buy strategies and a new enterprise resource planningsystem.
