DIGITAL ENTERPRISE VALUE AND ORGANIZATION LAB by SDA Bocconi School of Management is a permanent observatory on high impact technologies, able to single out the most promising enterprise technologies, a thorough research report per year and some vertical in-depth analyses on topics chosen and discussed with the founding member companies will be the output of the Digital Enterprise Value and Organization LabDEVO Lab wants to spread awareness of the relevance of enterprise digital, with a special focus on organizational and financial impacts, thanks to the cooperation of 20 founding member companies, including both major ICT actors and companies which are living the digital transformation.

I did coordinating an international Team composed of 14 people with the objective to reduce the Company’s Client Total Cost of Ownership, which is the total amount of money that the Company spends on client technology. This includes the costs associated with procuring, supporting and maintaining a client and its hardware/software components throughout its life cycle. I have developed an innovative process called “AUTOMATED REPLACEMENT OF OLD COMPUTER BY NEW COMPUTER IN NETWORK ENVIRONMENT”. This process has been proven to reduce the client computer installation costs by 50% (that results in approx. $ 1 Million saving/year) and is in the process of being registered and patented c/o the United States Patent Office (http://www.google.com/patents/US20060179132)

As NCR Italy (600 people, head quarter in Milan and 6 branch offices) IT Coordinator I did coordinate a Team composed of 5 people with different skills with the objective of maintaining and developing the local IT infrastructure according to the company’s global directions.Meanwhile I’ve been appointed as IT Project Manager for Europe Middle East and Africa, coordinating international teams composed by 10-15 people depending on the project requirements, with the objectives of deploying technology solutions and reengineering company processes in the area.

E-Mail Migration Project Manager, in this role I successfully replaced NCR’s proprietary email system with Microsoft Exchange by developing and implementing the new e-mail standard solution in the Italian Environment.

Customer Engineer and Product Specialist for telecommunication equipment in Wide/Local Area Networks, with special fous on PSTN and ISDN technologies.
