Key senior Salesforce administrator role on growing team, while supporting a company growing quickly through multiple mergers and acquisitions. International Salesforce instance grew from 300 to 1500+ users in just over 5 years. Primary job responsibility was to assist subscribers with any & all support questions. Support calls ranged from quick questions to hour long, impromptu training sessions. We prided ourselves on outstanding customer service which showed in high NPS scores​ and retention rates. Years of customer calls at this high level provided me with superb communication skills.
