Working almost from scratch, created the amazing scribe force at iScribes/Nuance. They used technology to free physicians from the burden of documentation. We made doctor's lives better and allowed them to deliver better care to their patients. To do this, I recruited remote scribes and other staff to support their doctors. I've personally interviewed and hired some five hundred medical scribes, and managed all of their HR needs as the HR Manager, until the Nuance acquisition.
