Reviewed Assessors and independent contractors’ performance of property valuation, data collection of real estate including vacant land, residential, commercial and agricultural properties. Audits included field inspections, verifying property grading, sales ratios, valuation, neighborhood delineation, neighborhood factors, and soil coding, aerial maps regarding timber, crop and pasture, cost estimate via Marshall & Swift Valuation Service on all property types.Validated real estate sales from counties for all parcels completing their reappraisal cycle. These sales ranged between 2,000-10,000 sales per county.Extracted data from individual county CAMA systems for counties that were completing their reappraisal cycle for sales ratio analysis. The parcel counts ranged from 13,000 to 184,000.Ran sales ratio studies through Excel to evaluate performance of final valuation at completion of cycles to verify counties were in or out of compliance.Took a beginning outline of the CAMA standards and utilizing research I performed on other state CAMA systems I submitted a preliminary CAMA standards document to the Task Work Board that was used in the final CAMA standards for the state of Arkansas.
