Business Development Director Latam
Current- Implement both short- and long-term strategies to support the growth of LATAM region, driving and supporting cross-functional projects with local and global teams;- Responsibility over RTB House performance in LATAM (3 different BUs: BRA, ARG and MEX) including PnL planning / cost optimization, reporting directly to the board of the company;- Build, manage and participate in the development and KPI settings of local teams - Country Managers / Sales, Sales Enablement, Account Management, Technical Support, Inventory, Marketing, Finance, Administrative and Talent Acquisition, growing threefold the structure;- Be the face of the company in the region, taking part in PR / Interviews, Talks and marketing activities. - Partnering with HR in order to drive and leverage people-related topics, such as well being, diversity & inclusion and so on;
