Receiving and solve the clients’ requests regarding their financial loans, update the database and explain the statements;Identify and promote, according to customers' needs, the financial products, in order to achieve the monthly target;Advise the clients in order to obtain and fill up the documentation needed

Welcomes visitors by greeting them and answering any inquiries;Manage the registration process, assign the room and provide guests with room keys and call for bellboys;Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges, dining facilities and travel directions;Compute bills, take payments and generate accounting reports at the end of the shift.

Assisting financial management of food and beverage operation, daily reports and other necessary operational documentation;Coordination of reservations list and appropriate assignment of tables;Assigning of workstations, duties and responsibilities of staff;Supervision and evaluation of staff, quality control and establishing of work procedures;Monitoring of guests for a proper anticipation of their needs, responding to any additional requests and estimation of time for service completion of food and beverage.

Customer service over the phone in finding solutions to different issues, in analysis of the monthly invoices issued, processing all necessary changes in the client’s profile;Routing calls and e-mails, taking accurate messages or answering any queries;Technical and administrative support, including data entry in the database, basic MS Word and Excel;Promotion of the company’s products and services.

Registration of the petitions and drafting of the answer according to legal terms;Ensuring public access to information of public interest;Providing information regarding the methodology in respect to requested documentation and tax duties.
