The year of 2017 was fully dedicated to my role in the Executive Board of AIESEC in the University of Bucharest. The B2C department that I lead was focusing on delivering volunteering experiences abroad for students in the University of Bucharest. My role was split between: the leader of my team and leader in the organization. I developed the strategy and planning for the year of 2017 that covered:- marketing campaigns (for the our main product - Global Volunteer - during summer and again during the winter)- innovation in our customer journey - implementing a weekly routine for my team- account management with University stakeholders, other local student associations and AIESEC branches abroadMy challenge was to lead a team of 21 people, to ensure a structure to it and to track the process of my members. Also, being part of the Executive Board, we had responsabilities that involved: legal processes, wellbeing of the organization, strategic partnerships and alignment of the strategy with the National Team.

During my experience as a Team Leader, I got to work with 2 different teams (6 months each). My first real leadership experience in which I needed to motivate my team to deliver results and maintain commitment throughout the process.

During my time at the NGO, I helped with administrative matters regarding activities for cancer survivors. I was part of the organization committee for a conference aiming to raise awareness on employment difficulties that cancer survivors face. I helped with the logistic part of the conference, guiding the guests and delivering a workshop for Survivors from different countries (Spain, Bulgaria, Austria, Germany, Greece).
