In my current role as an Office Manager at McBride’s Delivery, I handle day-to-day operations including scheduling services, maintaining relationships between retailers and the owner, resolving customer complaints, tracking hours, recruitment, payroll, maintaining advertising accounts, managing multiple calendars, bookkeeping, and general administrative and personal assistant duties.Previously, as a Services Planning Manager at Connections 4 Life from 2016-2021, I managed and performed scheduling services for over 100 field employees while providing case management support for over 70 adult clients with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I was responsible for performing high volume scheduling services, which included staffing homes with 24/7 support as well as providing 24/7 on-call support as needed. Additionally, I completed complex and detailed monthly billing to ensure the agency received funds to operate. I maintained client files while remaining compliant with HIPAA and DDS guidelines and timelines, assisted with payroll processing and reconciliation, completed intake assessments and reports for all onboarding clients, assisted with recruitment for employees of all levels, led comprehensive annual report meetings, and completed administrative duties assigned by the Executive Director, Controller, and HR Generalist meeting all given deadlines. I also led weekly team meetings and annual staff enrichment trainings, created SOPs for scheduling, master file maintenance, case management, and reports, and assisted with planning small and large events.
