Technical Project Leader in base development for Motorcycle projects - Electronically Assisted Breaking Systems (ABS and ESC for motorcycles)Main responsibility: base development and pilot projects for hydraulic ABS systems formotorcycle business. In this role I was responsible of a new system developed for European customers with highly regards of future development of same system in plants worldwide, considering allcapabilities and available stations. I launched the product in the industrialization phaseand it has now reached series production for the pilot customer.During the project I had in responsibility: - the engineering design verification planning, including DV planning for the mechanical discipline, and support for PV planning - prototypes test development and schedules (to prove the required reliability and confidence level)- feasibility analysis required for all project gates and milestones, with regular project status reports, internal and to customer- review of customer requirements and refinement of the product specifications to show an alignment to the requirements - review of drawings and releases for PLM systems
