I have a passion to uncover solutions, develop relationships and empower teams to greater success. I am pleased to have an opportunity to live in my passion each day at my office, in my schools and in the community. Through my position with Lifetouch, I am able to develop leaders and be developed by our best leaders. I am able to provide solutions to schools across Indiana and learn about challenges in education from those same leaders. These relationships both internal and external have provided me the tools to retain and grow our market share in Indiana. - Substantial experience in sales management, team building, account management, long range vision planning and financial services. Additional experience in marketing, public relations and executive leadership. I embraced the challenges that comes with leadership and the commitment necessary for success. Previously I worked with corporate employee benefits, specifically Health Savings Accounts and HDHP's. At FCFCU I designed our Health Savings Account & Employee Benefits Program for employers, employees and insurance benefit agents. I directly served agents, HR Directors and their benefit departments. I developed the Health Saving Account program from scratch to being the second largest program in Indiana, #16 in the US in HSA deposits. I attribute my overall leadership success to two beliefs; Create an environment that encourages people to buy, and establish an environment where people want to sell. I also continue to spend time in community service, especially to educate and empower our youth to reverse the trends that are causing them to fail in education, business, fatherhood and their communities.
