JRC-IRMM produce Certified Reference Materials (CRMs). It has a portfolio of more than 750 CRMs.I was responsible for testing the stability of all of them, including looking for a laboratory able to analyse it, negociate contract, follow up the analysis and interpretate results with estatistical tools.After first year, on top of the above described position, I was assigned as Project Manager in the production and certification of a Certified Reference Material (CRM): ERM-EF002, a biodiesel certified for CP and CFPP During the third year of contract, on top of the above described tasks, I was assigned as Project Manager for re-certification of ERM-CC144, a sewage sluge CRM, certified for the extractable with aqua regia elements.Last year, the JRC-IRMM organised two great events: the open doors day and GreenLight for Girls (G4G) where I performed a lecture-show: cryo-kitchen.

Gourmetologia is specialized on helping professional and amateur cooks with new ingredients, techniques and scientific knowledge, so called molecular gastronomia.As Unipersonal entrepeneur, I was responsible of marketing, sales, contac with providers and customers, organising courses and presentations for cooks and hotel managers.
