I am a passionate learning & change & professional, coaching companies through the process of making their Internal Organization top fit.My focus is always on the ‘fitness’ of the internal organization (employees, processes and tools). The process from initial customer contact (including closing the contract) up to and including delivery of services, solutions, and products (contractual period) is an enterprise-wide process, where all employees play a decisive role. During this process, bottlenecks may arise during the Account Management-, Design- and/or Operations stage. In the end, all bottlenecks will congregate at the ‘last in line’. Immediately when service delivery starts, they become manifest. And that is too late. Bottlenecks can occur at three levels: at the level of the individual employee, within a department and during hand-over moments between departments. My expertise lies in early determination of these bottlenecks and improving the fitness of the internal organization, including performance & development, organizational change management, capability building and related metrics.My way of working? Ambassador and sometimes even evangelist, bridging between cultures, passionate, creative yet analytical, convincing, strong communicator, enthusiastic, result driven, never stop and always with a smile.
