Redefine the Global Learning Strategy. Manage Global Education & Training Programs to support the Business during their transformation journey. Manage additional Global Capability Assessments (e.g. Communication Services, IT Services, Vertical Markets, Service Management- and Sustainability Management Services) to understand the in-depth blueprint of 'as-is' Regional- and Local processes and tooling. Based on that, analyze gaps and run gap action plans to align with/further improve the global consistency. Responsible for Ricoh’s Global Business Services Dashboard. A dynamic, real-time, 24/7 available tool that provides Learning- and Capability information of the OpCos and Regions (front end), based on continuous management and maintenance of related data (back-end).

Member of the Global Services Competence Center, supporting the Global Learning Lead. Fulfilling the Project Management Tasks for design, development and deployment of the Global Learning Programs. Help setting up and running a capability assessment for Global Managed Document Services (GMDS; a 28 modules program, to be adopted by all 5 regions and their 50 OpCo’s). Audit the OpCos on their assessment results. Analyze gaps found, create gap action plans with the business and run these plans to align with/further improve the global consistency of GMDS. Manage and maintain outcome of the assessment and improvement journey in the Global Business Services Dashboard. Design and develop learning programs for Consultative Selling and for selling organizational change management services.

Run Value Proposition Learning Department. Setting up internal courses of Prince2 (foundation and practitioner) and the ITIL Service Management program. Had the internal trainers APMG certified and Ricoh's L&D department became an ATO (APMG - Accredited Training Organization). Responsible for learning program for the Region’s new ERP). Responsible for C-level Sales Training in the Region. Introducing it to Ricoh US and Ricoh Canada.

Manage the Solutions Learning Department (SLD) - team of 4 specialist senior trainers. Many new Solutions and Tools were launched via Ricoh’s Advanced Solution Center. SLD was responsible for creating the learning curriculum (e-learning and classroom) and deployment of these Solutions and Tools. Via Train-the-Trainer concept, local trainers were trained to conduct the trainings in their local languages.
