I am the driving force of growth at Nutriskin a D2C e-commerce skincare device and personal care company (www.trynutriskin.com)!As a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, I oversee the planning, execution, management, and optimization of our customer acquisition and retention strategies on Paid Social, PPC, and email marketing.I am most proud of leading the design and execution of comprehensive and omni-channel advertising strategies across the entire paid media ecosystem to scale the brand to $1.26M in annual online sales & 13,000 happy customers in its first year of operation. My role requires me to understand the interaction and relationship between the macro and the micro of a highly complex paid media ecosystem, and how to leverage constituents of that system both in isolation and in tandem with other parts to achieve and execute the brand's growth goals. This includes everything from: - Spearheading new customer acquisition with results-driven Social Ads and PPC campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest)- Building and deploying email campaigns & flows to optimize customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and LTV- Identifying data-driven insights to inform the continuous development of all digital product content and maximize growth and retention: using product vertical integration to increase first-purchase AOV by over 40%- Creating & writing copy for high-converting ads, landing pages, and advertorials to improve conversion rate and ad efficiency across all channels by leveraging in-depth analysis of the brand and its competitors’ customer base- Overseeing all aspects of the website including UI/UX design and ensuring we’re using the most efficient and user-friendly Shopify apps to create a seamless customer experience
