Throughout my career, I’ve held diverse roles related to explosives initiation systems, cultivating a comprehensive skill set and expertise. My expertise spans process safety, risk management, safety program implementation, knowledge management, data analysis, product management, strategic planning, targeted communication, training, and technical knowledge. I had the privilege of serving as a member of the Initiation Systems Expert Panel. Safety has been prominent in my career; it is a responsibility I take very seriously and am passionate about. As Senior Manager - Process Safety for Initiating Systems & Packaged Explosives, my mission was to proactively prevent process safety incidents and safeguard against fire or explosions leading to serious injury or loss of life.
