Andrew Glover is a 2011 graduate of Penn State University, The Dickinson School of Law. During law school, Andrew was the Managing Editor of the Penn State Environmental Law Review, as well as a member of the Woolsack Honor Society and the American Association of Justice trial team. Before becoming an attorney with the Department of the Treasury, Andrew interned with MidPenn Legal Services and the chambers of Justice J. Michael Eakin of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Andrew has now transitioned into the field of Workers Compensation insurance. He served as assistant counsel to the State Workers Insurance Fund for 4 years, and now serves as that organization's Chief Financial Officer.
