Provided water and water treatment technical consultancy across the Asia-Pacific region (10,000+ sites), within a small group of consultants:Typical responsibilities included best-practice auditing, water management auditing for existing and potential customer sites, and paid external consulting audits and plant studies. Specialised problem solving for major failure investigations on customer sites. Examples included major steam line failures, boiler failures, process plant production issues, Legionella detections. Project management of an ozone plant installation and commissioning (US$1M capital cost),  Cooling tower performance design and modelling of proposed plant. Development of new water treatment-related computer models for use in problem solving, optimisation and saleable services. Help desk service for Asia Pacific region regarding utilities engineering, water treatment technologies and chemical treatment, coordinating with worldwide technical experts.  Paper presentation to conferences: Co-presenter and ran training at esaa (Energy Suppliers Association of Australia) Conference 2004, submitted for esaa Conference 2006, and Asia-Pacific Power Conference 2006.
