Delivery Lead/PM responsible for delivering our new software, ARC. This tool, Automated Revisions and Compliance, helps give Customers the insight required when determining risk and rewards of their next software release.

• Onsite BA/BSA with Astellas’ Model N Support Team. Involved heavily throughout all releases; authoring scripts, testing, helping users throughout UATs and implementation. Successfully implemented 20 releases, including a system upgrade. • Supported the set up and understanding of the ScriptValidate module while customer was off-boarding their 3rd party data-scrubber. Astellas was able to save ~250k annually by scrubbing their own data in the ScriptValidate module.• Working closely with Astellas’ Managed Care and Commercial/Chargeback Teams with contract set up, payer rebates and strategies, etc. Quickly built positive relationships and trust with the Business users.• Coordinated with off shore resources and successfully delivered and maintained 80 custom reports, ensuring efficient access to decision-critical data.• Gathered requirements in support of a custom solution to facilitate GPO Managed Membership – ETL processing. This provided a critical tool for Business as they’re able to better analyze membership eligibility within any GPO.• Responsible for compiling all 12 segments of Astellas’ strictly regulated Audit Book on a monthly basis, helping Astellas stay in compliance under a regulated system.

• Acted as main correspondence with OSHA inspectors to mitigate 7 million dollars in fines.• Hands on trainer and certifier for Aerial Lifts, Cranes, and Forklifts. Trained and certified over 150 employees.• Received OSHA certification; Trained 300 employees on HAZMAT and Noise Conservation improving worker knowledge on hazardous materials.
