I live for surfing, recruiting and marketing and in that order! I help agencies and in-house clients ride the talent pipeline searching for that perfect candidate. Born in NYC and raised in SoCal, I have worked and surfed across the country and now call the Jersey shore home. I started in PR, before transitioning into Advertising and then Digital. Through it all, I discovered that what I love the most is connecting with people and helping them get to their true potential. It may sound a little cliched, but I really get a thrill when it all comes together and I am proud to be a recruiter.
