As an estates officer I manage the execution of hard facilities services to an array of NHS properties ranging from hospitals to GP surgeries to warehouses. Covering Cowal, Bute, Helensburgh and Lochside within the Argyll & Bute HSCP.Duties: Managing a team of tradesmen, maintenance assistants and admin staff to ensure all properties under my remit are safe, secure and comply with both British and NHS standards.
