I love building things, learning from others, and collaborating to solve customer problems. My career began at Capital One in customer service and operations roles, which provided me a deep understanding of how our customers view the experiences we offer and the emotions that come with those critical life moments where we can help them. Now I get to leverage that knowledge, my passion for improving peoples' financial health and love of technology to lead a team of amazing product managers and Change Banking for Good.Product management has been an incredible journey. Since 2018 I've had the opportunity to work with our talented engineers, experience designers, strategists and well-managed partners to ideate, design, build and ship products that make our customers' lives easier. We've created experiences across our Web and Mobile platforms that enable customers to manage their checking, savings and CD accounts to suit their needs, provided solutions for easier deposits and withdrawals, and now, as a Product Leader in In Person Transactions, I'm focused on empowering a team to build cash-related experiences that meet our customer needs and align with overall business strategy.Beyond my passion for delivering exceptional product experiences, I also take my role as a Leader very seriously. I strive to create and foster a psychologically safe, inclusive and high-performing team of individuals that all of our partners (and our customers) can rely on. The needs of my people always come first.Outside of work, I am a father, husband, part-time fisherman, a gamer and avid fan of rock music, comedy podcasts and camping.At Capital One, we are Changing Banking for Good!
